WHO ARE WE?
ARROW is one of the oldest locally owned pest management
companies in Cumberland County, chartered in 1946 by three brothers, all former
employees of Orkin way back when. Today, a second generation has been carrying on
those same traditions and good services that you expect from an experienced, well trained
pest management company.
Arrow has been in the leadership position of the N.C. Pest Management Association
since it charted in 1952 with Uncle Dave being the first President. R.B. Goforth, owner
of ARROW in Fayetteville today has also been active in the Association, after returning
from active duty with the Navy in 1962. R.B. Goforth with his BS degree in Entomology
from NC State, was President of the Association in 1968, and the oldest active member
on the Board today.

LICENSE
ARROW, with our past history and current staff, knows we can be your biggest expert ON YOUR SIDE .. We are licensed in TERMITE, INVERTIBRATE PEST, ANIMAL CONTROL, BIRD
CONTROL, MOISTURE CONTROL, TREE and YARD SPRAYING, BAT
CONTROL, MILDEW CONTROL, FIRE ANT TREATMENT, AQUATIC & WEED
MANAGEMENT.
RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL
We offer PROMPT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE for both RESIDENTIAL and
COMMERCIAL customers.
PEST MANAGEMENT
Pest Control services can be just a one-time treatment to get rid of those pesky pests, or
you may be interested in our maintenance plan, which provides monthly, bi-monthly and
quarterly pest control services. We listen to you, and discuss with you the plan that will
best suit your needs.
TERMITE INSPECTIONS
We offer three types of termite inspections.
1. Wood Destroying Insect Report - termite and wood infesting beetle
inspection for the sale or purchase of a residential or commercial property
2. Annual Termite Inspection - Arrow Pest Control has treated your property for
termites and the property is under a termite contract
3. General Inspection - for the person that wants to know if there are any termite
problems at either a residential location, or a commercial location.
TERMITE ESTIMATE
We offer free termite estimates. One of our trained staff will assess the property and
provide you with an estimate to treat for termites.

Investigate mold/mildew problems and offer solutions

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Trash collection areas provide feeding grounds for many pests including rodents
and ants.
Homes and garages should receive the same thorough inspection.
Door and window frames are common entry points for many pests.
Cracks in foundation walls and chimneys provide easy access to the indoors for
rodents and ants.
Woodpiles may harbor crickets, spiders, termites, and/or snakes. Woodpiles
should ALWAYS be kept away from the home.
Eaves and overhangs will harbor spiders, wasps and hornets.
SERVICE AGREEMENTS
A written service agreement is available at your request. However, it is not a requirement
for pest control service.
The service agreement is most often requested by a commercial customer, and is renewed
as the customer deems necessary.
You, the customer, will be provided the same professional and quality service whether
you are a one-time customer, a long-time customer, or a new customer.
SAFETY
Safety is a primary concern. All products are EPA registered and have a record of safe
use in sensitive situations.
TRAINING
Our technicians are trained at relieving you of your pest problems. We are
certified and required to receive annual credits from the N.C. Department of Agriculture.
