You do not have to incur the cost or inconvenience of missing work or coming home early. Signature Service is designed to ensure complete service each and every time, whether you are home or not. Utilizing the best technology that our industry has to offer, we guarantee that services are delivered when we say they are.
Thoroughness
Your Signature Service plan is created on your initial/intensive visit. The Signature Service Plan is a highly customized service protocol, driven by the best technology our industry has to offer.
Accountability
You will have a computerized copy of your service ticket immediately after service is completed. This verifies what was done and puts a time stamp of each action. You will also be able to view the actual results of your Signature Service within 24 hours of that service visit.
Termite Coverage
You may elect to include a Termite Coverage option. While your Signature Service is being performed, monitoring devices specially designed to determine the presence of termites can be used. Detection monitoring can be used to detect CO2 from thousands of working termites. When termites are found in or around your home, we will address that issue for you, at no additional charge. To stop this termite activity, an appropriate, targeted treatment will be performed, utilizing the best termiticides and the finest delivery equipment available. As a Signature Service Plus participant, your termite coverage continues and remains in force with your Signature Service Plan.
We have our Signature Service program in recognition of the unique demands that our environment places on us. Our seasonally driven service protocols ensure that you stay ahead of pest populations and your home remains pest free, year round. Each month a set of services will be performed. These will include inspection of pest harborage areas. Preventative and corrective actions to eliminate any pests which may have appeared since our last visit are taken and baits and traps will be refreshed and re-set. Each visit, this set of services is supplemented with a seasonally driven additional service protocol.
1st Month Intensive - The first time we come to your home, you will immediately see the difference in our services. Our technicians will painstakingly create a graph of your home's exterior. Existing insect populations will be driven from the cracks and crevices they are living in and bait products will be placed in and around these areas to eliminate any residual activity.
Your service cycle may begin at any time of the year. Visits to your home are made every other month. You will be notified ahead of time of the date and approximate time that the visit will be scheduled. Your cycle begins in the first month following the initial/intensive service, and continues every other month thereafter. A list of seasonally driven additional services and the point in the cycles that they will be performed follows.
Dec-Jan - Termite Inspection Inside Your Home (This service will require entry into your home).
A thorough inspection of your home is performed. Special attention is given to those areas on the interior of the home that we know to be particularly susceptible to termite activity. Where practical, sophisticated detection equipment will be used to literally "sniff" out termites in an effort to find them before they do substantial damage to your home and make your life more complicated.
Feb-Mar - Crawl Space Treatment
This service is designed to make sure that pests are unable to enter your life from above and below. Overhead and crawl spaces may be inspected and protected using products specially designed to keep unwanted invaders away and to keep you comfortable in your home. Part of this inspection includes detailed reporting on the condition of these spaces. If we see leaks, or problems with roofing materials, we will note this so you can take action before an emergency occurs.
Apr-May - Ant & Yard Pest Prevention - Late Spring
Spring is a period of renewal. This means that insects are also renewing their assault on your home. We will perform the first of two specially targeted services at this time. Special attention is given to entry and exit points on the exterior of your home. Trees overhanging the structure and other landscape fixtures known to harbor ants and their like, will also be treated, to prevent pests from gaining a foothold in your yard. We may suggest tree or shrubs trimmed away from house.
June-July - Roach Baiting/Exclusion
The hot and arid conditions that characterize summer make this time of year ideal to repel our more persistent pests from your home. Utilizing exclusionary materials and products designed to repel insects, the door sills, weep holes and other access points to your home are protected. These techniques ensure that your home will remain free from pests during their most vigorous assaults. Bait products will be utilized in areas outside your home in a further effort to keep these invaders from reaching your residence.
Aug/Sep - Ant & Yard Pest Prevention Follow Up - Late Summer
At the conclusion of our rainy season, pest populations soar. We combat this with a follow up custom created service to prevent ants and other dooryard pests from compromising your lifestyle. A follow up to our Spring service, we reinforce the protective zones created around your home to keep pests at bay.
Oct/Nov - Rodent Exclusion
With the change in the weather we also see changes in the pest pressures around your home. In anticipation of cooler temperatures, mice and rats attempt to move indoors during this time of the year. Utilizing tools specifically designed to keep them out of your living space, our technicians can evaluate your home for its ability to repel rodents. Minor reinforcements to the exterior will be made to prevent your home becoming theirs. Special attention is given to those areas where rodents might gain access to your home, and where practical, preventative measures are taken. If major construction flaws are discovered, we will report the nature and severity of the problem to you. We can report the nature and severity of the problem. We can also make recommendations for corrective actions. Nothing will be corrected without prior approval.
